MADE IN ITALY PRODUCTION IN COSMINT

Mistral is produced in Italy, at Cosmint. In the lab, everyone is present: Alessandro, Achille, Angelica, and Carlotta. Around them, a team of about 20 people.

The pace is industrial, but every movement remains controlled. The process is continuous. The glass bottle is picked, checked, cleaned. It enters the line, filled from the bulk, then completed with the ball and housing, inserted with precision. Closure is pressure-based, sealing is verified. Label applied, final check.

The scent spreads immediately through the space: white musk, fresh, light. It recalls the Mistral wind. It is not invasive, it leaves a sense of lightness. The result is a stable, precise deodorant, designed to perform under effort without interfering with the skin. Buran takes shape at Intercos in Dovera. Here the scale changes. Larger lines, more machines, more people. The process becomes more complex.

The formula is technical. High protection, solid structure, compatibility with marine and mountain ecosystems. Not only performance on the skin, but respect for the environment where it is used. The mass is poured at around 90 degrees, then cooled in two phases down to -5 degrees. This step defines stability and compactness.

The stick is inserted into the aluminum container, labeled, and manually checked. The twist mechanism, closure, and resistance are all verified. Each unit is then placed into secondary packaging and prepared for transport. We follow everything closely. Alessandro, Achille, Orsetta (Alessandro’s mother), Filippo Solaro Del Borgo. Filippo is directly involved, ensuring continuous control to guarantee our athletes a high-performance product.

Our presence is responsibility for the final product. After eight hours on the production floor, Orsetta starts to slow down, sits, and closes her eyes for a moment. It’s time to go home. Two different productions, same principle: clear process, constant control, products designed to perform over time and under real conditions.
