1. Scope

Access to, browsing of and use of the Website imply knowledge and acceptance of these Terms of Website Use, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy and the General Terms of Sale where applicable.

2. Ownership

The Website, underlying software, domains, subdomains, contents, feeds, databases, interfaces, look and feel, creatives and documentation are managed or used by Indoor Outdoor Cosmetics Srl directly or through authorised licensors and suppliers.

3. Permitted use

The user may use the Website solely for lawful, personal purposes consistent with its intended function, without impairing security, operational continuity or the rights of the Seller or third parties.

A user creating an account must provide true, updated and complete information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify the Seller of suspicious access or unauthorised use. The Seller may suspend, limit or delete inactive, duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, automated or unlawful accounts.

While reasonable efforts are made to update them, the Seller does not guarantee that all contents are always complete, error-free or up to date. These Terms of Website Use are governed by Italian law. For non-consumer users, the exclusive venue is Milan. For consumers, mandatory protections remain unaffected where applicable.

16. Language versions

In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
