SWISS MADE PRODUCTION IN CRB

From Milan to Puidoux, in the Swiss canton of Vaud, on Lake Lausanne.
This is where the CRB Centre de Recherches Biocosmétiques is based, a research and production center of Intercos, where their activity in biocosmetics began. Zephyr, our face serum, is produced here.

The facility operates with a simple principle: rigor and full control. Formulation, testing, and industrialization are handled within the same system, by a specialized team. The formula includes Swiss-grown actives such as Scutellaria alpina, selected for their role in supporting the skin under environmental stress.

The origin of the actives is part of the formulation logic, not a narrative layer. Production starts from a validated bulk. Each component is checked before entering the line. Aluminum bottles are inspected individually. Filling is set at 55 ml to guarantee 50 ml to the end user. Pump insertion, closure, and labeling are each followed by quality controls. No step is executed without verification.

Final packaging is completed manually, with an additional visual inspection on every unit, as aluminum is very fragile and might have defects. The result is a stable, milky formula with fast absorption and a matte finish, designed to maintain skin balance and performance.

The scent reflects the raw materials used: clean, subtle, functional. Producing at CRB means operating in a controlled environment where precision, cleanliness, and repeatability are standard. For us, Swiss Made means exactly this: rigorous execution, continuous control, consistent output.
